Arkansas man facing multiple charges for felony drug crimes

Numerous individuals face accusations for criminal activity every day. Some people's luck may run out, and they could be the ones who end up facing charges for drug crimes or other illegal activities that day. If so, their minds may begin to think of how certain aspects of their lives are over, but before they resign themselves to a negative outcome, they may want to remember that they can defend against any charges they face.

It was recently reported that one man in Arkansas was taken into custody for new charges and on outstanding warrants. Apparently, authorities were patrolling an area when they saw the man in a yard. It was not clear how authorities identified the man, but they believed him to be a suspect with outstanding warrants. They presumably attempted to approach the man, but say he fled.

Police found him reportedly hiding in a chicken coop, and at the time, he allegedly had methamphetamine and a handgun on his person. As a result, he was taken to jail and then later transferred to a jail in another county from which the warrants stemmed. He is currently facing multiple charges, including possession of drugs and firearms, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and others.

Due to the multiple felony charges for drug crimes the man faces, his case could prove complicated to address. Nonetheless, he still has the right to create and present a criminal defense if he wishes to do so. Finding out more information on Arkansas legal proceeding relating to his case and his available defense options may be useful to him.
